The field-proven design of Great Plains Air Drills centers around our double disk openers that combine rugged dependability with exceptional accuracy and depth control. Large central fill tanks keep you in the field longer before refilling, allowing you to get more seeding done in a day.
45' Cultivator Air Drill
This unique machine allows operators to till and seed at the same time with the same tool, saving time, money, fuel, and manpower during seeding!
40' Heavy-Duty No-Till Air Implement
Use of the 10HD Series Opener has been expanded to include the 3N-4010HDA No-Till Air Implement. This implement utilizes a floating tongue and 12-degrees of wing flex up and down to follow contours and negotiate uneven terrain.
30' & 35' No-Till
The Great Plains 30' and 35' No-Till Air Drills utilize a field-proven design, centered around a direct link between the implement and the cart.
In this integral design, the implement is semi-mounted to the cart, allowing the implement to raise and lower independently across undulations in the field. The hydraulic weight transfer system further enhances flexibility and ensures equal weight is distributed to all rows.
Next Generation Features
Built around tried and tested components and technologies such as the well-proven zone cultivation design of Great Plains’ 07 Series opener, the new Spartan incorporates a wide range of new and improved features.
Perhaps the most significant change to the Spartan is a complete rework of the drill’s seed tower configuration based on the design platform established with the company’s Centurion cultivator drill. The new patented system utilizes half the number of towers and all of them are mounted on the center section.
Next Generation Spartan
The SpartanII range is the next generation of Spartans incorporating new and improved features and working widths to include 6-meter, 8-meter, 9-meter and 10-meter.
