We have earned the reputation of standing behind our products. We know how important it is for our dealers to feel confident in selling products that are reliable, and for them to know that our support is available when assistance is needed.
Managers are trained from within the company and staff turnover is low resulting in a knowledgeable after-sales workforce that understands the agricultural industry and our customers.
Training programs are available to dealers in the USA and worldwide. Since starting in 2000 more than 1,000 dealer salespeople and 700 dealer service technicians have completed specialized training.
In addition to support staff based in Salina, Kansas USA, Great Plains International has sales and support locations in England, Russia, Ukraine and Bulgaria. All facilities have parts departments and factory trained service engineers. Service engineers provide distributors training on assembly and setup of equipment as well as providing training to diagnose warranty or field performance operation.
